By using this directory, you agree to abide by the following terms of use: you agree that you may use this information only for lawful purposes and that under no circumstances will you use this information to allow, enable, or otherwise support the transmission of mass unsolicited, commercial advertising or solicitations via direct mail, e-mail, telephone, or facsimile.

Gethsemane reserves the right to terminate your access to the Gethsemane United Methodist Church Member Directory and other password protected features in its sole discretion for any violations by you of these terms of use. Gethsemane reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Use of Features and Forums
You understand that you will be required to register by providing certain personal information. If you elect to provide such personal information, you agree that Gethsemane may use this information to enforce this Agreement. In consideration of your use of the Site Features and Forums, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as requested in connection with the provisions of and/or registration for any Site Features and Forums, subject to all applicable laws. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or not current, or Gethsemane has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or not current, Gethsemane has the right to suspend or terminate any issued password and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site Features and Forums. Gethsemane may change, suspend or discontinue any Site Feature or Forum at any time. Gethsemane also may impose limits or restrict access to certain Site Features and Forums at any time.

Submissions and Posted Materials
If you submit any photographs or images, notes, messages, e-mails, billboard postings, ideas, suggestions, concepts or other materials (a "Submission"), you are automatically agreeing that any such Submission (a) is not confidential or proprietary to you or any other person or entity. In addition, you are agreeing that Gethsemane may edit, change, disclose to law enforcement entities or in response to court orders, or delete any Submission. Gethsemane is not responsible for any Submission to the Site. Although Gethsemane may monitor and/or review Submissions from time to time, it is under no obligation to do so, and Gethsemane does not assume any liability or responsibility with respect to any Submission, including any that contain information in violation of the Code of Conduct section of this Agreement.

By using the Site, you are agreeing to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Gethsemane, its ministers, its officers, directors, partners, agents, employees and affiliates from and against any and all third party claims, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from your breach of any of the agreements, representations and warranties in this Agreement, or arising out of any transaction between you and a third party, your use of the Site Forums and Features, or your Submissions.
